Map Legend Number of Customers Without Power 1-50 51-500 501-3,000 >3,000 PUD Service Area - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Outage Map Help Viewing Outage Details Click on any colored circle to zoom in. Once you're zoomed in, click on a shaded area for more details about the outage affecting that area. Here you can see the Cause, Start Time, Customer Affected, and Estimated Time of Restoration. You may click on the Information icon next to each for definitions. Colored Circles The colored circles that appear on the map indicate how many customers are currently without power in that area. Clicking a colored circle will zoom the map on that area. Depending on the zoom level, colored circles may split into additional colored circles and squares as you zoom in for more detail. Panning the Map To pan the map, click and drag the map in any direction. Zooming To zoom in or out, click the corresponding +/- button on the upper left of the map, rotate the wheel on your mouse, or on mobile use standard pinch-to-zoom gestures. You can also zoom by clicking on any of the colored circles that appear on the map. Searching for your Address Enter your address in the "Search for an address" box in the upper left corner of the map. A pin will mark the address that you searched on the map. Report an Outage You can report your outage to us by clicking any "Report an Outage" link. When using the "Search for an address" feature in the upper left corner of the map, a pin will be dropped on the map with a link that can be used to report an outage for that address. Click here to report an outage Viewing NOAA Wind and Weather Click on "NOAA Weather" to see options for viewing Weather Radar and Wind Forecasts provided by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Weather Radar shows the current weather radar on the map (as of the top of the current hour). This may help provide insight on how the current weather conditions are affecting outages. Wind Forecast shows the forecasted wind speeds on the map for the current hour. Click on any area where wind is shown to view the wind speed in that area.
